Can from crafted. Lighter gold pour and foamy white head. Nose is papery and malt. Tastes of malt, grass, paper, hint of pepper. Light bodied.

Lukr at Blackback, 1/18/24. Chill-hazed, blonde-golden. Rapidly-receding, white head. Clean papery apple skin. Lightly spicy hops and soft biscuit. Earthy mineral and notes of yellow fruit skin. Apple, spice, paper, kumquat. Deep malts, good attenuation. Very malty for a Kolsch, but equally hoppy with ample bitterness. Dries out with biscuit and cracker. Clean, fruity, juicy, lots of mineral. Nice.
