A simple, beautiful pale lager brewed with American Pale malt and Oats. Hopped entirely in the kettle with "Noble Citra"

Brewery draught, 1/18/24. Clear golden. Large, creamy, white head. Strong retention. Floral, earthy, spicy, lovely hops, wow. Cracker and biscuit to give a crisp edge, with lager yeast fine sh replete with minerality and lingering soft lime. Juicy, lime-like, malty, rich white bread and light honey with light biscuit and low bitterness. Not quite what I was expecting, and I wish it was more bitter and crisp on the finish. It's like a soft, light, hazy NE pale ale.
