We are entering 2024 filled with hope for the future. We would like to express our gratitude for your patronage, and also express our awe for what the Tree House team was able to accomplish in 2023. Between a continuously refined beer program, a maturing coffee roastery, and a distillery producing genuinely excellent and novel spirits, we are incredibly proud of the progress we have made. At Tree House, our spirit of optimism, innovation, and community continue to guide and inspire our team. We hope we can continue to e to illuminate both the joys of today and the promise of tomorrow. Pours a hazy, dark gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Flavor follows. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness in the finish.

Charlton draught, 1/1/24. Deep bronze-maize. Heavy haze. Spotty, off-white head. Moderate juice, lots of spice, heavy cracker, light mineral and a touch of earth. Seems really dry. Mix of American and some NZ hops, it seems. Clean, no booze or resin. Hint of toasted malt with honey and graham cracker leading to lime and pine followed by mango and light white wine. Remains balanced and malty throughout, not too sweet or dry. Lots of flavor, good bitterness. Bit more limey than I'd prefer but otherwise some easygoing, strong flavors.
