Brewery draught, 12/19/24. Moderately hazy, blonde-maize. Small, white head. Lightly juicy, moderately fruity, clean with lots of pine and grapefruit. Not quite as NZ/AUS as I'd hoped/expected. But some tropical notes. Biscuit and white bread from the malt. In the flavor it's lightly-to-moderately malty with mild juiciness, lots of yeast and a fair amount of biscuity malt character. Their IPAs area all clean with pleasant elements, but don't really give a deep, sumptuous maltiness nor do they seem to really be all that hoppy. As if they are using just enough hops to get by, but not really trying to impress anyone.

4 oz. tap pour at the brewery. Cloudy yellow w/no head & light lacing. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit. Taste is as aroma along w/floral & musty fruit. Smooth texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste.
