Brewery draught, 12/12/24. Mild haze. Rusty copper. Minimal head. Deep lactic character, juicy Sacchs. I do smell apricot, but probably suggestive. Fruity, full of apricot and light acidity. Juicy biscuity and full of apricot and peach. Pretty good mixed ferm regardless of the mushroom element.
