Cask (gravity) @ MBCF17 [ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 2017 ] Manchester Central Convention Complex, Windmill Street, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M2 3GX. [ As Lymm Chirotherium ].Clear medium to dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, chocolate, cocoa, frutiy malt, tobacco. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, dark fruit - sweet dark fruit, prune - figs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Manchester Beer Festival 2017. Dark ale with dark malts, but they are a little more roasted in design with a strength to them.

Very dark brown with a red hue and a creamy head. Has elements of bitter cocoa and a little bit of red fruit. Really rich and smooth.
