Can from my brother: pours pink with white head. Aroma is loads of lemon, some minerals, the lightest hint of funk. Taste is lightly sour, spritzy.

Canned 8/7/24, drunk 12/5/24. Moderately cloudy, raspberry-copper-blonde. Small, off-white head to light cover. Lotta lemon juice in the nose, especially for being 4 months old...A bit disappointingly so. This must have been hellaciously lemony when fresh. Salty, wheaty, a bit earthy, but, ultimately, a bit too lemony-dominated. Can't get at the yeast or anything. Just getting lemon acid and oil and flavor. Decent body, good attenuation and malt.
