Brewery draught, 11/22/24. Quite cloudy, muted lemon-brass. Very little head. Heavy wheat with spicy fruit fermentation. Some earth, lots of mineral. Juicy passion fruit, pineapple, mango. Sweet and succulent but balanced by the drier wheat character. Juicy, flavorful and refreshing. Excellent fruit expression. Very low acidity. Wouldn't hate a bit more tartness.
