Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and some slight zesty notes with some mild funky notes. Flavour is zesty, some spices, herbs, earth and mild crisp maltiness. Thereโs a slight tartish/sour edge to it as well. Easy to drink and very refreshing.

Hazy gold beer, fluffy white head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. A sweaty bretty start. Some floral relief. Mild orange - lemon citrus and pithy bitterness. The brett turns savoury. Light dry finish. Pretty bretty - is this intentional though?
