Golden color, aromas of spice, crushed flowers, orange peel, and rainier cherries mingle with farmhouse ale funk. Dry and fruity with notes of nuts, clove, oak, and cherries. Tingling tartness with mello Brettanomyces funk notes. This barrel-aged sour ale closely tastes like a funky tart interpretation of the classic bourbon cocktail.

750mL bottle drunk 11/17024. Light haze, deep peach-bronze-cantaloupe. Small, off-white head. Almonds, lime, bit of lactic and light Brett acidity with strong malt and strong Sacch character. Fruity, rich, a bit boozey. Kinda oaky, very fruity, woody, moderately tart, juicy, rich, malty, alcoholic. It's interesting and rich, malty but a bit much, and I'm not sure I want my old fashioned to be sour-based.

Thanks Clark. Aroma is oak, light funk, fruit. Taste is tart cherry, oak, alcohol is not hidden. It's ok.
