Made with Vienna and Munich malts this is a medium body lager with sweet malty nose and a smooth finish. With a slightly lighter hop profile than our Oktoberfest it also has a lighter golden color.

Brewery draught, 11/9/24. Clear, light copper-golden. Very light for a vienna. Small, white head, moderate retention. Big mineral, biscuit, honey-like base malt in the nose with herbal hops and good yeast. Malty as hell but with a hint of toasted sourdough to-style. Drying out considerably with light hop bitterness and good yeast character. Malty, deep and attenuated. Very clean and incredibly flavorful.
