Brewery draught, 11/7/24. Bit of haze, maize-golden. Small, white head. Touch of something that smells like it needed a bit more aging. Not getting much corn. Better in the mouth with sweet, biscuity corn and lightly sweet malts. Good attenuation. Mild bitterness. Good texture and attenuation, though a mild off-putting note throughout. Not exactly sure what.
