This golden gose is tart and dry, with citrus flavors from coriander and local hops, and a hint of pineapple from a healthy dose of pineapple juice. It's a 40% wheat mash, Lactobacillus kettle sour, with freshly crushed organic coriander, pineapple juice, Himalayan pink salt, and a smidgen of local hops. The result is practically sublime - beautiful, unique, and refreshing!

Brewery draught, 11/7/24. Lightly hazy, brass-bronze. Medium-sized, off-white head, modest retention. Dainty pineapple and actual rind-like character. Bit of powdered sugar initially but it falls off. Excellent malt base. Juicy, real pineapple, good attenuation on fruit and malt. Plentiful but not extreme tartness lingering alongside fruit. Some earthiness and mild bitterness add a nice touch.
