This is our American Farmhouse ale! We use a clean yeast to brew this beer not a Belgian yeast. The malt is complex giving it a clean farmhouse vibe. We also finish this beer off with a light dry hop of Amarillo hops!

Brewery draught, 10/13/24. Clear bronze-brass. Small, white head, slowly to edges. What the hell is a clean farmhouse ale??! Smells and tastes like Amarillo hops and a crappy wheat beer. Confounding. Toast and sugar lingering.
