Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Brewery draught, 10/12/24. Lightly hazy bronze. Small, fluffy, white head. Malty nose with cookies and white bread. Hops are light, adding lime zest, hints of grapefruit and pine. Clean. Lots of bubblegum from the yeast. Moderately malty, not thin at least. A bit sweeter than I'd prefer with low but not non-existent bitterness. Cookies and lime zest. Lots of bubble gum from the yeast. Clean, at least.
