Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: copper to bronze color with a sly transparency about it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: clean malty bready notes with some herbal to earthy hops; slight hop spice arranging itself between the malts and the other hops
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter quality with an underscore of hop spice; finishes the same way
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; great smoothness - great flow - nothing distracting anywhere; great carb level
Overall: nicely done festbier worthy of returning to.

Can from One Stop. Deep golden color, clear, with a tall, fine head. Rich malty nose, white bread and biscuits, orange and stone fruit. Lovely nose with no toast or caramel. Rich and sweet.. quite bready and also estery. Light to medium bitterness. Very nice modern style festbier.

Brewery draught, 10/11/24. Clear, blonde-brass. Small, white head. Lovely mix of black pepper, dried herbs, crisp yeast/mineral and a bit of bread. Very clean, aromatic, bright, snappy. Rich honey-like character with peppery hop and a crisp yeasty finish. Maybe a bit on the rich and sweet side for a fest bier, not sure why it's so strong. But the individual components are really nicely done. Just wish it was a bit more dry.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Honey gold pour. Frothy white head. Mildly sweet, bready malt aroma. Flavor is light and crisp. Sweet malt and herbal hops are balanced nicely. Herbal, spicy hops in the brief finish.
