For our follow-up collab with our friends at Deciduous, we developed a DIPA focusing on Maine-grown barley and wheat malts from @mainemalthouse and Comet, Citra, and Amarillo hops. This combo elicits aromas of cantaloupe, grapefruit zest, jammy apricot, and a supporting woodsy dankness. The palate starts with stone fruit flavors followed by a solid bitterness that pairs beautifully with a lush mouthfeel.

Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Moderately hazy, sunny lemon-bronze. Small, creamy, white head. Sweaty, woody, citrusy, not super snappy expressive. Crackery malts. Better in the mouth. Soft, very juicy, lots of orange, tangerine, white bread. Low bitterness. Good flavors, though with sugary smartees again.
