Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Gently cloudy, honey-to-light-amber. Small, off-white head. Juicy puree, low lactic, good fruit acidity. Lots of cracker malt. Juicy, fruity, authentic fruit character and no punchy lactic character. Good body with soft wheat and chewy notes to satisfy and balance the dry, acidic fruit.
