Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Clear, bright, cran-rosé. Cinna-apple with gentle cranberry acidity. Good honey backing remaining somewhat rich but also sessionable and not boozey. A fine, sessionable mead. Lighter, not thin, maybe a bit light for the size, though. Fizzy, good acidity and fruit tartness. Comforting apple and tasteful cinnamon.
