Seasonal BEER gem!! GARLIC MUSTARD SAISON! This beer is out in the wild and ready to rock your summer sandals. Brewed once a year after the annual Garlic Mustard(INVASIVE PLANT) eradication effort, this Saison proves the delicious side of stewardship. We brew with the root and the lower stem shoot, these feature a savory and mild horseradish flavor that bolsters the already earthy and lightly spiced profile of the saison style. Beer curious or beer connoisseur, this beer is for you.

Undated can drunk 7/29/24. Clear bronze-copper with melon-peach tints. Medium-sized, off-white head, moderately-strong retention. Dont get too much allilaria in the nose, and I do get a bit of saison yeast which is lightly peppery, with light clove and light bubble gum. Not super inspiring as far as the type of yeast character you'd like from a saison. But it's clean enough with a good mix of base malt and light medium malts adding both touches of honey, bread and rustic biscuit. Better in the mouth, with more straightforward red fruits from the yeast and very light pepper. No real clove or bubble gum, or at least it's very minimal. Malts are excellently-done with soft, rich biscuit and honey alongside tight, engaging carbonation. Again, I certainly can't pick out any of the adjunct. Maybe a light savoriness at most, but that's fine. Balanced and clean. Actually enjoy how well-done the medium malts are.
