Can, undated, from the shelf, drunk 7/15/24. Almost spurts upon opening, despite a long, cool rest. Doesn't smell infected, so it must have been underattenuated and refermenting on the shelf. Massive head, white. Clear, beeswax yellow-brass body. Smells like a Kolsch, at least. Definite identifiable Kolsch yeast, though with heavy honey and angel food cake alongside it. Clean. Not too sweet, as it's heavily refermented in the can. There's a very strong phenolic character and an almost wine-like flavor, as well. The sugars certainly are all gone. Kolsch yeast comes through. But yeah, rough around the edges, to say the least.

Can from my brother: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy, herbal, slight fruitiness. Taste is herbal and raw tasting. Could have been way more refined.
