A modern take on a classic style. This West Coast IPA marries traditional malt bill with modern hops, giving a nice balance of bitterness along with subtle notes of citrus and tropical fruit.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Clear brass-maize. White head quickly to partial cover. Sweaty, piney, stinky but not resinous. Ample malt showing white bread and biscuit. The pine is not out of control. Piney character with fuzzy, acidic bitterness and pine and wood lingering. Not as bad as that sounds and actually well-balanced by the ample malt depth. Good attenuation and a nice change of pace from NE style without going too overboard on the WC characteristics.
