Draught and Charlton, 6/27/24. Milky turbid brass-golden. Small, creamy, white head slowly to partial cover. Spicy West Coast hops with tempered pine and plentiful citrus. Juicy, tropical, ok...it has it all. Cracker and biscuit malt, amply balancing with no resin or booze. Maybe a hint of onion tinged lemongrass on the very end. In the mouth it's malty, very dry, spicy though more mosaic than nelson-style spice. Pine, wood, cracker and biscuit. Probably needs another week or so. Still some bland/raw dry hop. But it's solid with a good balance and ample bitterness. A bit given to west coast flavors despite the turbid appearance, surprisingly enough.
