Brewery draught, 6/15/24. Unfiltered lime-bronze. Big, snow white head. Good retention. Brilliant yeast signature, very authentic. Paper, apple, hint of honey. Clean and malty, snappy. Light herbs. Malty, snappy. Exquisitely clean and authentic. Damn. Dries out really nicely on the finish. Lime, apple, honey, cracker lingering.

Growler thanks to Jason. Pours a pale golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grass, citrus, mineral, floral. Slick body, grass, mineral, cereal malt, clean, very nice.
