Inspired by the German tradition, this beer is a blend of of a young wheat beer and a barrel-aged sour ale. It was then infused with coriander seeds and salt to get closer to a classic Gose, and then macerated with fresh cucumber to get even further from the Reinheitsgebot.

Bottle form 2024 Winter Pack. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Cucumber notes. Taste: Well balanced mix of salt, coriander, cucumber and wheat malt. Moderate tart and light to moderate salty. Under medium body, just below average carbonation. Weird but overall nice and very refreshing. +1 point for the daring combination.
