Bottle from Mikkeller Odense. Hazy golden with a big white head. Fruity and slightly funky aroma with a herbal touch. Dry and tart fruity flavour with grapes, citrus and pineapple along with herbal and grassy notes. I can sense the heather when looking for it, but the herbs are beautifully integrated.

Flaska från Baghaven. Med lite utav bottensatsen med i glaset får jag en något mörkare guldisig vätska med vit krona. Hög och livlig kolsyra. Doft och smak av yuzu, kumquats och citronzest möter blommiga toner, fräscha honungstoner som från ljunghonung, mineraler, nästan en lätt sälta. Även roséäpplen, lite funk och svettighet tillsammans med fin syrlighet. Mycket gott!

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Light and fairly dry palate, decent carbonation. Thin malts. Funk and skunk and perfumey fruits. Light dry finish. Odd but not hating this.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy lemon, straw, grains, light must, hay bale. Taste comprises yeast esters, tangy citric peel, light farmyard, grains, herb, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok funky saison.

Draught at MBCC red (third) session. Dissipating white head leaving lacing rings down the glass. Misty golden body. Floral hops on the nose, hints of fruits. Sweet and mid-tart taste of honey and yeasty fruitiness. Bittersweet fruity ending, mid-dry. Soft in the mouth. Satisfying. (Copenhagen 12.05.2018).

0,05l from tap at MBCC Gold only Session. yellow murky color, small white head. smells of spices, citric, ginger, sage, bit herbal, nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of ginger, citrus, herbal, sage, rosemary, spices, light sweetness, bit peppery. finishes lightly sweet with notes of citrus, ginger and sage. I quite liked this one, a bit on the sweet side but great balance none the less 7, 4, 8, 4, 16

[ As Mikkeller Baghaven Saison des Landes ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, heather, honey, flowers, light yeasty - saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, heather, honey, flowers, herbal, saison yeast.
