Bottle, directly from Mark Henke. Color: Clear purplish red (red grape), thin pinkish purple head. Aroma: Red grape, grape seed, blueberry notes, leathery funk. Taste: Vinuous, a lot of red grape, red wine, tannins, oak wood, rural and leathery funk. Hints of citrus fruit. Dry-ish and slightly foamy mouthfeel. Light to moderate tart, light sweetness, very light bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice!
