Saison de coupage.
Inspired by the famous Belgian Saisons blended with lambic brewed by the likes of De Ranke or De La Senne, Découpage started as a bitter and hoppy Saison fermented with a variety of saison yeasts. It was then blended with a small part of sour wild ale from our oldest and most complex barrel.
The result is an elegant, well balanced beer, that is dry, funky and slightly sour, while being deliciously thirst-quenching.

Bottle, directly from Le Soupir. Color: Slightly hazy pale golden, large white head. Aroma: Fruity, spicy and hoppy notes. Taste: Nice and very well balanced mix of floral / green hop, fruity and light tart stonefruit and citrus and spicy Saison yeast. Moderate hopbitterness and very light sweetness, Dry-ish fruity and bitter finish. Just below medium body and just below average carbonation. Refreshing and very nice.
