A perfect summer beer, Miliana is a new interpretation in our series of wild barrel-aged Witbiers. Fermented as always with classic Wit yeast, brett and bacteria in a barrel, it is infused with whole leaves from a lemon tree. This addition offers the classic citrus vibe you expect from a traditional Witbier, while presenting a more unusual herbaceous aspect that goes well with the funkyness.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, wheat malt, lemon. Taste: Brett notes, yeasty, wheat malt, subtle floral and herbal, light to moderate tart lemon notes. Dry-ish and bit bittery finish. Just below medium body, below average carbonation. Light to moderate tart, light bitterness mostly at the finish. Nice one.
