Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Mid-gold and clear with a spotty off-white head. Doesn't smell of much, maybe a little bit of biscuity malt and some marmalade. Sweet taste initially with a long astringent finish. Medium body,no carbonation. Nice enough but not a lot of personality.

Draught at Old Thameside Inn. Labelled as Golden Turtle. Clear copper colour. Slightly sour aroma. Malty taste with fruit. Medium bitterness.
