Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2016, Great [ British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Magic Bus Farmhouse Cider ].ABV: 5.8%. Unclear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, fruity apples, light tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours lightly hazy very pale gold with minimal white head. The aroma is fairly restrained...straw, mellow apple, apple skin and a touch of apple pie. The taste is smooth, sweet ,tangy apple, apple pie, mild tannin/astringency, pretty juicy, sugary fruits and dried apricot. Medium body and low carbonation. Perhaps a touch sweet for my own personal taste, but I though it was decent enough overall.

GBBF2016. Trübe hell goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch nach reifen leicht säuerlichen Äpfeln. Geschmack fruchtig süß, milde reife Äpfel, okay!

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Hazy yellow color, no head. Very sweet apples, sweet (Dutch) "appelmoes", lightly sugary. Average body, low carbonation, quite sweet imo. More sweet than I had expected.
