Can at home picked up from HOTM. A light hazed pale yellow straw coloured pour with a rocky white head. Aroma is nice floral lemon, citrus, pale grains, elderflower notes, quince, belgian notes. Flavour is composed of super crisp, wheat, floral notes, grass, chalk. Palate is super crisp, minwela, spicy, highish prickly carbonation. Quite unique.

Light straw but not a ton here. Golden pour with decent head. Crisp finish. More like a golden ale really. Can.

Can from Raynville Superstore. It pours light hazy straw yellow with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, zingy, orchard fruits, gooseberry, white grape, melon, floral, honeysuckle, lemon - lime, fizzy sherbet, biscuit, cereal and toasty grain. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness which lingers throughout, clean, zingy, tangy, lemon - lime, gooseberry, white grape, melon, grassy, fragrant, floral, toasty grain, cereal and spice with a drying fragrant finish. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. I can feel the Epochal influence in here. Nice depth of flavour. Quenching.
