Bottle at Torben Mathews tasting. Pours clear dark reddish brown with large white head. Aroma is intense malt, rye bread, figs, dates, caramel, toffee, molasses, biscuits, nuts and cooked apples. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, toffee, molasses, fried fruit, nuts, liquorice and apples Appearance +1 for the nice label

Aroma: Malt and caramel. Flavour: Malty sweet with caramel. Aftertaste is sweet. Colour: Dark brown with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Hammer Hansen Faaborg.
