Aroma: Sour red berries with notes of raspberries and cherries. Flavour: Dry sour berries with little fruity sweetness and notes of sour raspberries and sour cherries. Aftertaste is dry sour. Colour: Red with a white head. From: Bottle @ Svendborgsund brewery.

Spasertur i finværet sammen med Steven, og etter en visitt på Nørrebro Bryghus befant vi oss plutselig på Skaal (via Brus, og hva skulle vi gjort uten mine lokalkunnskaper?), hvor vi begge gikk planken: klar kirsebærrød med kort skum. Bringebær, bringebær og litt rips. Syrligfrisk og lettdrikkelig, en bringebærbrus for voksne. Men igjen et nytt dansk bryggeri for meg.

Draft. A red beer with a lazing pinkish head. The aroma has notes of red currant, funk, and yoghurt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, red currant, wheat, and yoghurt, leading to a tart finish.
