Here we go, here we go, here we go again!
Yo SALT, I look around and it's another Shoop.
Packed and stacked with a 9.5% DIPA in collaboration with Pomona Island, showcasing southern hemisphere hops with a heavy dry-hop of vic secret, enigma & motueka.
On your mark, get set, go, a hazy juicy New England DIPA with passion fruit, lime, pineapple and melon. Mmmm I wanna Shoop.

440ml can from SALT Granary Wharf. Lightish yellow-gold and impenetrably hazy, with a ring of white head. A big aroma of melon with some hard citrus notes. Fairly bitter taste for a UK DIPA but I'm not complaining. There's an intense amount of hops here, but avoiding that telltale hop oil burn until the slightly rough finish. More melon and some pink grapefruit pith in the aftertaste. Thick oily body with soft carbonation. Maybe too much of a good thing but that's better than not enough.
