Is an amber-colored, sweet beer with a great fruitiness with references to dried fruits and caramel. The beer type Dubbel, originates from the old monasteries in Belgium, where the monks brewed the so-called Trappist beers. Today, a distinction is made between Trappist beer and monastery beer.

​Trappist beer is still brewed by monks in the monasteries, while monastery beer is brewed by breweries, according to a recipe from the monasteries. We therefore simply call our beer a Belgian dubbel. We thought that this type of beer fits perfectly with the Danish Christmas table with duck, roast pork, brown gravy and potatoes.
