Xmas rating No 11 25/26.Muddy amber colour with no head.Aroma of ripped fruity and cloves sweet with hint of yeast and caramel feels and little unbalced and far too sweet.

Bottle from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours hazy pale brown with medium offwhite head. Aroma is malt, grain, yeast, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and hints of overripe banana. Taste is very sweet, light bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with intense notes of yeast, spice and overripe banana but also apples, dried fruit, brown sugar and hints of liquorice root. Very nice.

14/1/2023. Bottle at the Haderslebener tasting. Pours almost clear amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, Christmas spice, biscuit, veg, caramel, butter. Quite sweet, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, yeast, banana - fruity yeast, spicy touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast - banana, sweet malt, caramel, spicy touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230114]

Bottle @ Haderslebener beer tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, caramel, xmas spices and has a xmas spice finish.

0,5 l bottle from Spar, Hvide Sande. Cloudy brown in the glass, small fast fading head. Fruity sourness on the nose. Taste ist fruity, strawberries, plum, orange, malt and caramel, belgian yeast. Can not convince. Wrong bottle?

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a small, off-white head. Strog aroma of cinnamon and cloves. Medium body, light Belgian yeast otes, caramellish but not really sweet and then again these Xmas spices. Quite decent. No real flaws or excessive phenols. 240521

Frothy white fair mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light sweet and light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.
