Vous etes le coq de rien. Suffice it to stay, some beers are meant to be the cocks of walks, and some are not.
This Session Saison safely falls into step with those beers striding confidently along that most fateful walk. Brewed with a dash of spelt and a healthy late hop addition this fine, frothy friend was fermented warm to perfect attenuation and carbed up high for a flavor that is at once bright, rich, juicy and ultra crisp. Strut your stuff, man.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light barrel, lots of earth and some saison yeast. Flavour brings out more barrel than the nose, with saison yeast and a touch of barrel character. Woody and earthy on the finish. Solid.

On draught at Bodega during the "Hoof Hearted/Against The Grain Tap Takeover" on 01/27/2017. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of peppery yeast, fruit, hops and malt. The finish is Belgian yeast and fruit. Decent overall.

Can from West Side. Pours a hazy straw gold with 2 fingers of off-white foam that lingers. Very musty, hay-forward nose with good yeast character, lemon and nice hit of grain. Spelt comes through very well. This is really well attenuated. Dry but not overly so. Super quaffable. Dry finish with more mustiness. A very well-done true to Belgian form saison.
