Bottle. Lively when opening. Brownish black colour with a beigeish brown head to it. Aroma is roasted malts, some chocolate, mild spices, some coffee and mild dried fruits and plum. Flavour is ashy, some roasted malts, coffee, chocolate and mild dried fruity tones with some spiciness too. Not overdoing the spiciness, but not sure what's wrong with the extra strong carbonation....

330 ml bottle, #030, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.0%. Black colour, huge tan head. Aroma of roast malts, liquorice and Christmas spices. Fizzy mouthfeel, overcarbonated. The slightly sweet flavour has notes of liquorice, roast malts, coffee and spices, moderate bittering hops.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Creeper. Dense, huge fawn-coloured head, near black in the glass, patchy lacing. Spiced grainy cocoa on the nose. Decent taste of mid-sweet cocoa powder slightly spiced with cinnamon. Smooth sweet malty ending. Foamy in the mouth. Pretty nice. (Tromsø 06.01.2019).

Bottle 330ml. @ Brewers Beer Bar, Tredje Långgatan 8, Göteborg, Sweden 41303. [ As Beerbliotek Christmas Nights ].Clear dark brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, spiced, berry, clove - ginger, light bread. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, berry, clove, spicy, dark malt, spiced, roasted - chocolate, Xmas spices, light bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170318] 7-3-7-3-14

Shared at a tasting, many thanks rlgk, opaque extremely dark brown color, spicy cake aroma with some dark chocolate, very dark chocolate flavor with lots of ashy notes, some ginger and light spicy notes. Nice and pleasant.
