(Draught at Uiltje Craft Beer Bar, Haarlem, 23 Aug 2018) Pale yellow colour, hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pineapple, lemon peel, grapefruit, biscuits and hints of grass or weed (the Amsterdam kind). Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, biscuits and a balanced citric bitterness. Light body, mainly dry. On the thin side, but tasty and fresh. Quite nice.

Fluffy transparent-white head over very pale golden beer with Grünstich.End of bottle solid yeast. Citrus & exotic fruit notes, cleaning products, lunaria, young green leaves. Faintly sourish, light bitterish and rather frutiy flavour. Diluted pineapple and limejuice. Hopoil bitterness in the finish. Quite spritzy, light body, refreshing. Like it!
