Can from a 4 pack from the Trader Joe’s in Davis, CA. 6.10% ABV. Pours dark brown with a rather dark tan head. Aroma is mostly chocolate with coffee hints? Med body or so. Flavor is smooth dark malt, a bit milky chocolate. Darkish chocolate. Finishes earthy chocolate; towards dry; towards astringent. Seems a bit lactic - I’d be tempted to put this in as a milk stout. Really quaffable.

Can. Blackish beer with a brown head. Chocolate and light roast aroma. Caramel and chocolate flavor with light nuttiness. Medium bodied. Caramel and chocolate linger with nuttiness and light roast.
