Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours black with orange glints and a tan head. Aroma is a solid sour hit. Med body. Flavor is oscillating chocolate notes, sour, earth, burnt malt, sour. Actually it’s all tied together in a very well blended and tasty package. Very nice earth, mildly sour finish.
