Poured up on tap at the Brass Tap in Mesa, AZ where it exhibits a deep clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up inviting notes of dank onion like hops and bitter smelling grapefruit and tangerine citrus hoppiness. The taste starts with pleasing crisp fresh citrusy hop bitterness that’s tangelo and grapefruit leading into thin citrus juiciness. It gets a bit resiny to midway where the bold hops are supported adequately by malts that have a cracker edge to them. Just behind the citrus lurks a persistent presence of earthy spicy bitter onion like hop dankness. Yes! Solid. Love this. Plenty of hops and it’s oh so crisp and fresh. Damn

Tap at the Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours amber gold with a huge lite beige head. Aroma was mostly fruity, to include some citrus. Med body. Flavor is bitter frui andt resin. Not a lot of caramel backbone, but for some reason that isn’t an issue with this very hoppy ale.
