Kairos is a golden session pale ale infused with fresh lemon zest, which enhances the tropical fruit aromas of the Citra hops and gives a long, refreshing finish. The word 'Kairos' in ancient Greek describes a moment of opportunity, new possibilities and change. This beer was the first of our untamed range and defines our values.

Bottle from Hogs Back Brewery shop. Citrus aroma with a malty base. Hazy pale gold. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. Some sourness. Citrus with quinine bite. Lightvand thin boddied. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. An astringent warmth or it as well. Not too shabby. Slips down very easily perhaps despite being on the one dimensional side.

Bottle from Bitter Virtue Soton and drunk at home. Slightly hazy amber colour lasting beige head. Citrus hoppy aroma. Grapefruit lemon and tangerine aroma and flavours. Yes you can tell theyโve gone to town on the hops. Not bitter. Just a lot of citrus flavours. Decent. OK malt. Bit of lime. OK.
