Draught at SKAAL. Slightly hazy amber golden colour with a thin white head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, vinegar, plums, red berries and oaked notes. Taste is sour. Dry, tart fruity aroma with lemons. Usual quality from Brøggeren.

Tap. Shared with Riveiro and Esgueva on the 10/05/2018 at "Skaal", Copenhagen. Unclear medium orange colour with a low off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, acetone, sweet malts and brett. Taste is light acidic with presence of brett, vinegar and wood. Finish is quite dry and acidic. Next one please!

Draft. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, wood, berries, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, lacto, wood, and berries, leading to a tart finish.

[ As Brøggeren Unpure Pur ].Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, vinegar, plum, aceton, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart plum, caramel, pale malt, sweet malt, wood, wine - wineous.
