Whoa, this is one of the very best pale ales that I have ever had. The cream-colored foamy frothy head lasts forever and has a lot of lace. Aroma is fresh mostly resiny hops with a little citrus, also wet grain and a little caramel. Flavor’s a lot Like nose, slightly sweet up front, with a long, but pleasant, bitter finish.

Reviewed from notes. Rcvd in trade.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice somewhat hazy orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There was some light speckled and foamy lacing all around.
The smell had some light sweet citrus also letting in some grapefruit. Caramel malts are there but pretty subdued.
The taste was pure bittersweet all the way through letting the hops dominate over the malts.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and somewhat sharp but not overbearing.
Overall I say this was a pretty good APA well worthy of having again if available to me.

16oz can pours a clear orange with some frothy, white head. Nose is mild, orange pith, pine, some malt, slightly dusty. Flavor is malty, pine, orange, grass, white pepper, mild cracker. Clean finish.

16oz can. Unfiltered orange-copper. Thin steady white head. Earthy soapy hop bill and a steady malt backbone. Rather straightforward, pretty good. Has a full mouthfeel and body for a beer of 5.2%. English yeast notes. OK, but comes off kind of cheap, not so enjoyable.

On tap at SPSBF. Pours a near clear amber orange with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some nice piney hops with a bit of backing grains and bread. Flavor has a nice pine note with a hint of onion and dankness with a backing bread and cereal note.
