The hip hop world has given us loads of ideas, so we thought it was only right we beerify the most famous cocktail rap has given the world.
Gin & Juice is a beer that combines the classic pale ale style, the rich, aromatic notes of gin botanicals and sweet fruit flavours that provide the juice for this party.
Bucket loads of juniper berries, citrus peel and aromatic spices give the beer a delicious, dry note, which is balanced out by the juicy fruit flavours from some punchy hops. It's like an afterparty in your mouth!

At a tasting, small stable bubbly head, light hazy palish orange color, fruity orange.aroma with some herbs, sweetish and a bit heavy, fruity orange juice, lightish maltiness. Nice.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy dark gold with a small head. Aroma is gin spice and lemon. Taste has caramel to start. Light gin spice and grapefruit finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Smells fruity, herbs, fresh, slightly soapy, sweet. Tastes juniper berries, sweet, fresh, nice fruityness. Pretty light, soft carbo.

Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a little dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts. Light touches of orange and tangerine. Floral gin spices. A pinch of sweet spice. Floral fruity finish brings a dusting a Parma Violets and Refreshers. Good fun! Comes together well and I can imagine knocking a few of these back on a warm evening.

Hazy straw-coloured beer, thin head.Flavour is dry fruit and lightly floral. Taste has an interesting mix of things going on, with coriander and a floral hit added to a citrusy, hoppy beer but the overall effect is a little underwhelming at first. It does build up as you go through it but there is a certain watery-ness to it.

On tap at Galbraith's. Pours gold. Juniper, orange peel, synthetic orange, synthetic grape. Decent body. Good balance for the style. Reasonably good.

Keg up the Black Boy Inn, Caernarfon. Pours hazy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of juniper, spice, citrus and soap. Taste is gin-like, juniper and spices. Bitter finish.
