The hip hop world has given us loads of ideas, so we thought it was only right we beerify the most famous cocktail rap has given the world.
Gin & Juice is a beer that combines the classic pale ale style, the rich, aromatic notes of gin botanicals and sweet fruit flavours that provide the juice for this party.
Bucket loads of juniper berries, citrus peel and aromatic spices give the beer a delicious, dry note, which is balanced out by the juicy fruit flavours from some punchy hops. It's like an afterparty in your mouth!

Cask @ Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, Holborn WC1. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy juniper hoppy aroma. Fruity malty juniper citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruit malty juniper citrus hoppy finish.

Cask@Charlies Bar, Copenhagen (04/09/2016) - clear golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, medium pale malts, notes of gin and some light medicinal and herbal hoppy notes into the finish, drinks well, very nice stuff.

Cask at the CBC Holburn. During the tap takeover . A clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is juicy spicy peach and mango, slight veg pepper . Flavour is composed of semi sweet light grains, watermelons, peach melba, Cucumber veg, Palate is medium light, slightly grainy, moderate carbonation. Nice fruit juicy character.

Cask at CBC St. Giles. Pours clear gold with a frothy topping. The nose has pithy citrus, tangerine. Medium sweet flavour with nips of rind, ginger, pale bread, tangerine meringue. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance on the finish, with more bready pale malts, rindy citrus fruits, slight herbal notes. Not bad.

Cask @ Craft Covent Garden. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, some hops and indeed some gin influence. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Average body, soft carbonation. Hmm ok.

Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear gold. Foam topped, lasting, off white head. Nose has floral, fruity hop. Notes of apricot and sweet white grape. Soft, oily herb. Taste is light, fruity bitter. Light body. Easy drinking and pretty tasty, but for me it’s a tad too floral and fruity.

Cask at The Old Orchard, Harefield. A golden coloured pour with a medium bubbly white head on top. Hoppy, fruity, gin aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, fruity, spice, hint of gin. Interesting beer from Tiny Rebel.
