16 ounce can from Festival Northland, 1/12/20. Dark brown, thin fizzy brown head, poor retention. Aroma of strong coffee, roast, dark chocolate, a hint of mint. Taste is pretty much coffee and lactose, some chocolate and roast. Medium bodied, low bitterness. Pretty damn good.

Appearance is an opaque brown black color with a short-lived tan head no lace. Aroma is super strong old coffee, black patent malt, and old leather. Flavor is likewise very heavy with the coffee and some malt, more sweet than bitter and that’s about it.

Tap at Sidedoor. Big coffee tones. Sweet black malt, roasty backdrop. Pretty straightforward Coffee Stout. A little sugary. The coffee is definitely the main show, as the base beer is rather mediocre.
