12 ounce can. Hazy orange, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of pine, orange, grapefruit. pale malt. The taste is grapefruit, lemon, pale malt with a bit of graininess. Medium bodied, crisp, moderate lingering bitterness, well balanced. Solid. But then again I just had a CIB, so maybe this crap and just tastes good by comparison. ;)

Once again I say pretty good for a beer that really shouldn’t be. Decent hop flavor and aroma. But the body isn’t quite there and the very part of what makes and IPA what it is, compared to a meeker brew, isn’t here. Still, not too bad.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2015. Pours a clear light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy pine a grass with a touch of citrus and grains supporting. Flavor is mainly grass with a light pine, a good amount of earthiness and some sweet bread backing.
